Disappointed in customer support when a pendant wouldn't fit on the chain they sent. They asked me to squeeze it on and when I said I wasn't physically able to and sent a picture for proof, asking to exchange it, they just sent me a macro of an automated response.
Ended up his putting the pendant on a different chain that was already owned. Disappointed and probably won't buy again from Gasper. Great when things go right but I'd reconsider purchasing if things don't go right.
