When purchasing, the website said it would take 5-12 business days to arrive. It took 3 weeks for my order to even be dispatched from the warehouse, which only happened because I emailed requesting an update. It took another month to arrive after that, and when I reached out to customer support to complain (they took 10 days to respond via Shopify) all they offered was a $10 rebate on a $160 order. Terrible service and ridiculous shipping times, would never recommend to anyone.
