Coupon codes were being sent to me that had reached their limit. Website wouldn’t recognize a valid code because of a free box promo. Instead if it just removing the promo, I had to manually do it. Basically so you’ll get suckered into buying it and not save the % stated. Customer service was sub par.

Didn’t tell me an item was out of stock, just tried to wait for it to come back before shipping out. Timeline between purchase and received was incredibly wrong, (2-5 on website,) received it 8+ days after it supposedly shipped. Never received a tracking number. When I contacted support, I was told it delivered. I check my areas of delivery, and found it days later than promised.
