It seems like they take forever to reply back to you. Been waiting for a response for at least two or three days now no reply back chain broke and was trying to get a refund. It says lifetime warranty but apparently there’s a limit find that very disappointing. don’t understand how it’s a lifetime warranty. If you can’t get a replacement on the item that’s been out for too long.
