I ordered roses expecting a beautiful arrangement, but what I received was a disaster. The flowers had fallen out of the box, many were cracked, and some were completely damaged. As frustrating as that was, the real disappointment came from the customer service, if you can even call it that. I sent two emails, multiple online messages, and waited over two and a half weeks and NOT a single response.
