The experience with Luxe Bouquet has been deeply disappointing. Despite paying a premium for priority shipping, the bouquet I orded arrived heavily damaged and was not gift-worthy. The team only offered a $70 refund on an item costing $369 total. They delayed the process with repeated back-and-forth before eventually offering a return, which should have been presented from the outset. Given the high cost and poor customer service, others should exercise caution before purchasing.
