When I emailed that I wanted to return your piece, I got an email that offered me a nominal refund. I had to write a second email that I wanted a full refund not partial. At that point the company offered to refund me. We live in a world that needs to be easy to do business with. Again, very disappointed.

I got a message saying that My package was on its way; when in actuality only a label was created. It stayed that way for five days!! You guys created a label, but never got it to the shipper for five days!! That’s completely ridiculous. Furthermore, your design pictures below the actual size of your infinity heart symbol. It looks like it as wide as a couch, because you guys put a picture of it next to a picture of a couch in desktop publishing software!! Totally unacceptable!
