Product looks beautiful online but not anywhere near as good upon arrival. Company does not respond to email/chats in a timely manner so holes were not drilled. They gave me suggestions on how to remove the residue stuck to the item but all that did was remove the coloring. Sent a replacement that was even worse than the first piece. I think they can only do solid one dimension flat pieces. I won’t shop with them again.
