I ordered a âPNW Originalâ sign on 11/24. Shipped quickly and arrived on 12/3. Unfortunately, I found the sign that got shipped was âPNW Oregonâ. After numerous messages back and forth with the seller to grasp how this was wrong (I triple checked I hadnât made a mistake ordering), I was told a replacement would be shipped to me, free of cost. Except everything would be delayed as the manufacturer lost the mold. Got an email confirmation of the new order, directly from manufacturer (MetalPlex) and not associated with Etsy. When I received the replacement on 12/31, the box was completely bent. I inquired directly to MetalPlex, including several pictures of box and item. No response after a week. I inquired a 2nd time. I received a response asking for 10 different photos/angles of box/item. Beyond frustrated! Do not recommend!
