I received the item after about 20 days. I tried it on and found that the size was wrong. I wrote to request a return and refund, but I am still waiting for a reply. As I already mentioned in my email, the shipping costs I would have to pay are almost equal to the value of the item, so I offered to pay the costs incurred by Omirad for the initial shipment, but I have not received a reply. Extremely poor service, product and customer support.
