One of the two pairs I got fit reaally great. However, I tried to issue a retrurn within the specified (unrealistic) return window for the other pair but was unable to on the website because the option was blocked. I tried contacting customer care about it and have gotten no response to this day even though I did recieve an emaail confirming receipt of my message. I still would like a refund on my other jeans, thanks in advance.

I am unable to return goods which are not suitable, as this company do not offer cash refunds, but rather site credit, which is not good! In the UK, consumers are entitled to refunds for goods returned! Really difficult company to deal with, and they do not respond to emails about queries on orders
