One of the two pairs I got fit reaally great. However, I tried to issue a retrurn within the specified (unrealistic) return window for the other pair but was unable to on the website because the option was blocked. I tried contacting customer care about it and have gotten no response to this day even though I did recieve an emaail confirming receipt of my message. I still would like a refund on my other jeans, thanks in advance.
