It was never disclosed when buying them and literally every pair of glasses on your site is BOGO free... Customers shouldn't have to check the fine print to realize they can't get a refund for a product that they don't like, especially only a day after the product arrives. I checked reviews and TONS of other people say the same thing -- it's just a terrible business practice. It says you guys are in Utah -- I'd think that you would have a more legitimate operation going out of there..

The order experience is terrible: having never tried your products before, I ordered 3 pair of sunglasses on the BOGO deal expecting that 1 of the 3 would be less flattering and returned. When trying to return, I was told that the team can change which item selected as the BOGO item and that I could return the third pair for $0 refund. That makes the glasses overpriced and part of a terrible order experience. Will not order again.
