Already explained. Terrible customer service, and I’ve been extremely patient when it comes to waiting for a response to my second email I sent requesting guidance for starting a return and I’ve been left on “read” for the second time. The fact that you all don’t have a way to start a return like most websites is beyond comprehension. Then when a customer reaches out for guidance regarding a return and refund, they’re ignored. Do not recommend
