I don’t know if I like it. We ordered this as a gift for friends to arrive when we visited them. . The product did not arrive as promised and was at least 4 days late and the friends had left for a long trip. No one has seen it yet or been able to confirm it arrived in good condition because it was not delivered on time.

Shipping policy is untrue / unclear. Don’t advertise that you ship worldwide when you are going to deny me shipping when I try to check out. My goal was to send directly to France and minimize the shipping however I couldn’t so I had to ship it across the ocean to the United States and then ship it back across to France, only for the recipient to be hit with customs charges and shipping to cost more than the item itself. I feel horribly misled.

It took awhile to get as it came from Ukraine but it was nice

Everything went well. I didn't expect it to take quite as long to get to me, but it was worth the wait. I think they are made and shipped from Ukraine.

I love the personalization. Luckily, I ordered the door hanger weeks before I needed it for a gift, because it took a long time to receive it. Also the material was not quite what I expected, but it is certainly acceptable.
