After placing my order online, I emailed 3 days later to ask if I would receive confirmation on dispatch and was advised that I would.
As this was a present, another few days later I emailed to ask if there was any idea when it would be sent.
I had a response from the manager, who was so helpful and I received the picture a couple of days later, by courier, with a timeslot on the day.
