This is our second picture bought from you. Unfortunately the big bubble wrap was only packed in one side of the picture and when we first opened it, it was warped due to this (presumably). I was going to contact you but overnight 90% of the warping resolved itself so despite a remaining slight curve we chose to keep it to avoid the hassle of requesting a new one. It sits “face on” when coming up the stairs so it’s not noticeable. Just mentioned it to ensure your wrapping is robust in future.
