Overall the experience of shopping on this website is good, however the lead time while reasonable, it would be nice to get the bolts quicker and when ordering u bolts the add washers and nuts button only adds half of the washers and nuts you need. It would be better if it added the proper quantity.

Flawed website did not add nuts and washers as intended. I was asked if I.wanted nuts and washers and I said YES. Then I ordered a quantity of two bolts Site did not include proper number of nuts and washers for all ubolts ordered, just for one ubolt. Then vendor wanted $12 " shipping" for the $3 nuts and washers their website left off the order. When I contacted the vendor, all they did was blame me and offered nothing - never heard from them again. OK, they will never hear from me or my
