My shipment was dispatched promptly but was held up by a train derailment - obviously not Alton's fault at all, but Australia Post said they had advised senders of the likely delays and to contact the sender for an update, which I did, but never heard anything - would have been nice to at least get a response. It arrived only a few days later than originally expected.
