The video was painfully long but it did inspire my purchase, my product arrived quickly.

The hair helper spray arrived on time and I was able to use it right away. Also ordered three bottles of shampoo and they did not arrive for almost 2 months. There were many emails with Customer Service back-and-forth where I expressly told them to cancel the order and they never did. The shampoo did arrive, but by then I'd already use the spray for a while and not sure the spray has helped that much. The thought was to use both of them at the same time, but that did not happen.

I’ve been trying for several weeks to get directions on returning the remaining products & get a refund & all I’m getting is a run around. When I bought, the offer said 100% satisfaction or your money back, no risk. I’d like my money back.

Shampoo and conditioner are nice, hair doesn’t tangle as much slightly less loss of hair, but too soon to know whether it’s helpful yet

I use a good argon oil conditioner but the spray really dries my hair in the area where I use it—it looks like straw!
