I ordered the products because there was a money back guarantee. I have been using them for 6 weeks and have seen no change whatsoever. When I wrote Trybello, they told me I needed to provide photos of my hair before I started and current ones. I did not know this was required and do not have any early photos. I believe this is unfair and shifty... If there were requirements, they should tell you up front so you know what to do. I have spent a lot of money with nothing to show for it.
