I was hopeful, but i find my hair is still falling out.

The shopping experience was fine but one's I got the products and used them for almost a month the itching wouldn't stop that why I requested my money back and I didn't use nothing but your products I'm asking you nicely to send me the label so I can send you your products back but it seems like you want the days to run out on me so you want have to give me my money back on something I can't use

When you have sets that you can buy like the hair spray buy 3 get 3 free it makes it easier to buy when your on a budget and giving me the free eyebrow serum and what it's doing is amazing,.

Just didn't like it. Gave it to my sister to try it.

Product did not work for me.

As mentioned I ordered what I thought was a special offer of 2 conditioners and 2 shampoos paid the price and got 2 items instead of 4 which were 2 conditioners useless without the shampoo.

1) When you send discount offers, I go through the steps, but the costs shifts & I can't retrace to the original amount. 2) With the recent BOGO for your shampoo (which I like) fine print hinted that I may be signing up for auto shipping which I don't want. There is a lack of clarity in the parameters, which brings to mind "bait & switch."

As this is my one and only experienced buying from you and I have not yet had a response from you about returning the their hair helper serum, I’m not sure what to answer. The shampoo is OK but nothing special.

The spray came quickly.

I did not realize or like that this product came with a consultative aspect.

I like the texture and scent, also a little goes a long way.

The buying the spray to stop hair loss was problematic in that more and more offers were made when for me (New Zealander) it is quite expensive as two NZ Dollars =one US Dollar. The offers went on and on and I cant invest lots of money in a product that I'm not sure if it is going to upset my skin or not.

Customer Service was great but just no results whatsoever .

I’m using both products and have been for a couple of months. I haven’t seen any improvement or “baby hairs” forming. I have to admit that I don’t spray my hair twice/day which may be part of the reason. I’ve also had several surgeries and chemo which hasn’t helped in the hair dept. I’m going to keep at it and maybe my hair will start to grow!! 🤞🏼

I find it very confusing to place orders.

I requested a refund and have not heard back yet.
