Wonderful

Found it easy to make purchase. And follow up customer service call reassured me I had made a good puchase. The calls I received kept me informed of delivery which was assuring.

Both Bed and mattress were very good as expected but the delivery was very terrible. Delivery drivers did not want to put bed and mattress in the bedroom as they wanted to leave it in the hallway (note : Fitting charges were paid at purchase) and later when i threatened to return the product, they just somehow put altogether for name sake and they did not remove the package cover & box. Had to ask the seller to resend another team to refix it properly. But the seller was helpful and kind enough to address the issues, and send the second team to fix it properly in just 10 Mins (Max.)
