I was charged $15 for express shipping before Christmas, when the promotion said $5. I sent an email to get a credit, I received no response back. I ordered 2 pair of shoes and 1 tshirt... 1 pair of the shoes are too small and I wanted to exchange for a half size bigger, but instead of allowing me to do that, I was charged the difference for the shoes bc they are no longer on sale. I find that to be completely unfair. I love the product, but very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
