After a week of ordering the product I hadn't received a confirmation email. I emailed asking for one and a tracking number. After awhile I emailed again. The reply was an apology and an explanation that the post office had not scanned the item and that he would send another one right away. I then waited maybe a week (perhaps longer) before getting a confirmation email and the a tracking number. I think it took at least a month to receive the order.
