The shipping is fast but quality of product and customer service is poor. The colour of printing on the block is pale and the edge of the bamboo is not smooth. When you showed you are not satisfied with the product, the answer is ‘you should know printing on bamboo must be like that’. It means nothing would be their fault and they are not willing to improve their quality.
