The fitting process is extremely off-putting, intrusive, and blocks access to a good product. I am a veterinarian and found the process excessively nosey and felt like I was treated like an idiot the first time, which is why I bought the clear product from a different source- because they refused to sell to me if I did not provide more highly detailed photographs than her breed registration called for. Second purchase was easier because I could state that I already had fitted her and knew size.
