I reached out to customer service and they immediately replied via email and sent a video of how to take off the bracelet. The problem is the video has no sound. I had to reach out again. Customer service again immediately replied with written instructions. Maybe a small video with sound instructions would help the next customer? Excellent customer service by the way; prompt, courteous service
