Very messy delivery as website you may purchase their item but was deliver mths later. If between the period u order a few then hard to keep track. Because out of stock. 20 Nov 24 - i emailed them where is my item? there is no tracking number given to track very inconvenient. being informed this is preorder and its been announce in the website which i didn't see it, its ok not urgent. Informed will send end of Nov 24.
10 Dec 24 - i write a complaint regarding their ninjavan , in the conversation with courier person- please send on Monday as weekend office closed, they promised to send Monday but ended up they throw it inside on the pallet (as photo shown) under rain and sun for 2 days. I know ninjavan is beyond your control, you can feedback on your designated account courier and exchange my item from your side
Skincare are not supposed to be under heat as it affect the formulation of the cosmetic. This is xmas gift for my friends!!
11 Dec 24 - they apologies for the inconvenient caused and ask for photo as proof item is unopened for further arrangement
12 Dec 24 - i replied with photos of the item in good conditions unopened - still wrap (see photo), i only take out the courier bag because soaking wet under the rain for 2 days.
till now 18 dec 24 no reply from them. Since i no longer trusted their service and this brand, i will no check further since they take customer as idiots! I will just THROW AWAY THIS 2 SETS instead of giving it to someone!
Before this transaction - i bought their product during live to try - the shower gel smell not bad with hinge of tea. But after shower the smell disappear - doesn't last long. Lotion is normal.
I buy this set its to add on in another xmas present. ended up i need to throw the whole thing due to under sun and rain as it definitely effect the formula of the ingredient.
