I received an email from evri when they received my parcel. Then got an email to say it was delayed. No update for a couple of days then had an email to give a delivery day and times between which it was going to be delivered. The parcel did not arrive. Then was left on the doorstep the next day ,when they didn't knock. Pound fabrics were helpful and did offer to chase up the parcel when I emailed them.
