I loved it u til I didn’t.
Living on an island we understand things are difficult and I think most of us have an extra amount of patience, but this experience just ruined it for me. I called 3 times, wrote 2 emails, all the things, and NEVER got even a response. This is all after waiting 3 months for my cartridges. I was going to buy drink mate as a gifts at Christmas for multiple friends, but with the wait so long for my cartridges it seemed like a horrible idea.

Order cycle is embarrassingly long.
The last three orders have progressively taken longer, with the explanation being they simply are low on stock. Really?!? You sell like three products; it's not rocket science to figure out your customer consumption.
I placed my last order AUGUST. 12, 2025 and finally received it NOVEMBER 1, 2025. I requested status on my order.... NO RESPONSE. Terrible. All you did was show me that I can live without your product. I am no longer irdering from DrinkMate.
