Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced with any company.
Order 2 to 3 day shipping did not receive for 2 weeks.
Sent two emails with no response absolutely unacceptable.
. The product I received I am not completely assured that it is truly the solid gold one and not the plated version which I paid for the solid Gold version not the plated version.
I will never recommend your company to anyone and I will never purchase anything there again.
