I have purchased multiple items from this company and they are all good quality. however, The first size 14 I ordered had the wrong label on it, and was really a size 16 (quite large). It took many emails back-and-forth with sizes measured at their warehouse, for them to realise that it wasn’t a true size 14 and send me a new one . However , they were very helpful and I ended up With second vest which was also a size 14 , that fitted perfectly

The product just won’t wash clean. Two wears and the pebble colour is permanently marked with what was only a clear broth. And it looked like such a great purchase - lovely, waterproof, packable. I looked at this coat for ages before I committed too and now I’m back to needing a new rain coat after two wears. You need to look at your fabrics if selling these lighter mid-colours.
