There was a disconnect in ordering a scooter and crutch holder. During the order process, I had to manually specify that I had the two separate orders and it seemed sketchy to me. Sure enough, we got the scooter (loved it and everything went smoothly), but never received the crutch holder. Still no refund after asking about it twice.
