Terrible experience. I ordered three bands, which they claimed were shipped over a month ago. Tracking took forever to show up and the last info I received said my product, which was supposedly shipped straight from China, was returned to the seller. Oh and their customer service email? I contacted them three times with no response only to finally realize that the unmonitored mailing list is the exact same email address as their “customer service”. No wonder no one responded to my emails. It’s not something that’s actively monitored. Anyway, it’s a scam website. No product, no support, no refund. Buyer beware.

customer service is non existent. i emailed about a missing band from my order and never received a response.

Easy and great selection!

I love the selection of bands. They are well made products but I have been waiting to hear from customer service for a long time. I wish I could have a better review because I think most of their products are great but I wish they had better communication about my return.

This is so funny. I received 1 out of 3 watch bands that I ordered. I’ve reached out to Eve Bands’ support email multiple times, each time receiving an automatic reply saying I’ll get a human response with 24 hours. They never get back to me. Now I get an automatic email saying to leave a review and provide a picture of my bands for a 20% discount on next order. Well I don’t have my bands to take a picture of!! I waited a month to make this review, simply because I hate leaving bad reviews. But if this saves someone else from being scammed then so be it. Hopefully this both gets Eve Bands’ attention and that they don’t delete this review.

Your business is dishonest and has poor customer service. My order was not fulfilled and never got a response back after several attempts.

Horrible experience!!! Order arrived much later than advertised. Also our order was incorrect. I ordered 3 different bands and I received two of the same and one of the others. Submitted an e-mail to support to correct this order and never received a reply from and actual representative, only the automated reply saying someone would be in touch. Never buying eve band products again!

Horrible company and even worst customer service still waiting for a response to my 6-7 emails.

Shipping took a little while but overall great experience.

TOTAL SCAM. ZERO customer service. I've emailed at least 6 times about not receiving my complete order and received nothing but automated responses that don't acknowledge the missing item. I just want the band sent.

I am missing a piece from my order. I have sent 3 emails with no response other than automated response that someone will get back to me. It has been 2 weeks since I received my incomplete order. Please send the item I ordered and paid for. Thank you

The band arrived without any instructions.

I ordered 3 bands for my wife on December 10th. Received the week after Christmas. The package I received had 1 of 3 bands ordered. The other 2 are missing and never showed up. I have emailed Eve customer service and after 2 weeks, yet to receive a reply other than an auto reply asking to give them 24 hours to get back to me. I am going to walk away from this experience knowing I paid $50 for 1 cheap looking band. I will not purchase from Eve again and caution anyone else.

Need to return but Eve Bands Support is not responding to my emails.

Customer service? Zero. 3 weeks trying to reach someone and nobody will respond to resolve my issue. You did not deliver the full order yet charged me for it.
