Ordering was very easy, however I was sent a dried lamb chew sample that I did not request and was not prepared when I opened the package. As a vegan I didn’t even want to touch it and as a dog owner have hesitating with giving hard chews that can cause some issues if the dog does not use it properly. It would have been more appropriate if at check out there was an option to accept or decline a free sample instead of just sending it.
