Sizing recommendation was way off. I provided measurements of a few t-shirts that fit well, and what arrived is much larger. I will say I was surprised to receive an email confirming my order and recommending an even larger size. When I countered, saying that I thought the size I picked was correct, I eventually relented and agreed to the recommendation. Which as noted, was too large.
