The worst experience I’ve had on an e-commerce site in over 15 years
I ordered an item in May 2025, which was marked as “delivered to your mailbox,” but unfortunately that was not the case. I filed a complaint, and Bronson Mfg supposedly investigated with the local carrier, but after two months of waiting!!! I received an email saying they couldn’t do anything because… the package was marked as delivered by the carrier.
So I lost money because of this site, and they’ve permanently lost a custom
