My communication with MemoryStitch was not great. I never received instructions after I paid as to where and how to ship. I had to call. I never received confirmation of my shipment arriving. I had to call to get that as well. However, the finished product exceeded my expectations.

There was no information about the timing available on the website. I had no idea to expect more than 10 weeks when I placed my order in early April for high school graduation (late May). The finished product is beautiful, but we didn't receive the quilt in time for the graduation festivities. Please plan for at least 3 months to avoid disappointment.

The quilt is alright. I trusted them to make a design I thought they’d be experts in, however there were a lot of blank spaces throughout — despite sending more than enough shirts to fill it. The end result doesn’t reflect the colorful, memory-filled collection I sent in. On top of that, they missed the embroidery — the whole point of ordering this gift in the first place. Instead of making it right, they offered to fix it. When I accepted, they decided to quietly refund the embroidery fee

Took too long to receive the blanket and I received a few different emails, asking for my shirts, when I had already shipped them and received an acknowledgment of being received--so then I worried they were lost. The shirts were from my brother, who passed away, so something I really didn't want to be lost.

Communication issues. Instructions say to not send notes or pictures, representative said to send notes and pictures. Big difference is that neither one elaborated. Don’t send with shirts, send in an email. Also, received emails saying that they were cancelling my order because they haven’t received my shirts. They had been delivered one month prior and were sitting somewhere, unprocessed. 3 months from order to delivery. Much too long.
