Signed up for a preorder. Took a long time to process but the device eventually arrived.

Joined the pre-order and absolutely 0 communication after they missed the estimated delivery date. It was past the refund period for my credit card or else I would’ve refunded it, but it came in a few weeks past that so over 90 days.

Everything went as it should have

I was one of the early purchasers of the updated Legacy Pro 2. I understand manufacturing things across the world can complicate shipping times and such and many things are out of your company's control. However, there were no updates whatsoever about delayed shipping times, which was a substantial delay, and so I feel like communication could be greatly improved upon your part.

Slow to deliver this time around. Issue was the communication was weak from your side regarding the delay in delivery.

Products are good quality. I’m on my second Vaporizer from Apollo, not because the first one failed, but because Apollo came out with the Legacy Pro 2. I wanted it even though my original Legacy Pro worked just fine. But it’s a good upgrade. Got my brother a vaporizer from Apollo as well. After he used it, he threw all his old vaporizers in the trash. …So, I asked him why? Because his plan was to give them away. ……He said that he put them in the trash because he found them embarrassing.

It took a few months to deliver. Customer support has been excellent.

It was a pre order, so took a while to get, but well worth the wait. And anytime I inquired about status, I got a return email within about 24 hours.
