I'm not sure why I can't get ahold of someone since I haven't received an update on my purchase and emails just bounce back. There's no other way to contact so I am not sure how you would handle problems with orders. I can understand getting lost or wrong tracking number but any kind of update would have been better than taking my money and leaving to way to contact support besides email. I did try to reach out via Instagram. I just wanted to clear up any issues and I am getting no response

It took threatening to get my bank involved for any communication about what was going on and to get my order. I don't mind a delay in order but communication is needed, or even warn on the website. Once fulfilled, the packaging of the products was poor. They were loose and barely filled. The lack of protection of the product means they were open to breaking. Also, because it was literally just a small round eyeshadow, no container, nothing to hold it in, it's incredibly inconvenient to store.

The delay in shipping, multiple emails that went unanswered, the product only shipped after I disputed with my credit card.

The product is great but you have gotten very slow with shipping and my most recent order was just missing an item and you never respond to your emails. I can not order from you again till this is fixed, sorry.

Overall I have had a positive experience. There were some issues with my shipping, but once I contacted customer service, my issue was handled quickly. The customer service person was apologetic and fixed my issue. I think they deserve 5 stars for the way I was treated after they knew of the issue. I was so happy with it, i bought more stuff after I got my order!

The shipping was incredibly slow despite the fact that I paid for faster shipping, and when I emailed customer service to check on my order, no one ever contacted me back. Over all a very disappointing experience.

Despite multiple attempts to reach the customer service, I have not received a reply nor my item. As of 28th of March the item is still listed as "label created, waiting for shipment". I.e., the item was paid but not shipped. Super disappointed.

I have tried to reach out about my Raven lip product and never get a response. I am very upset that I paid for it and have not recieved it even though it has been months since I have ordered it.

Shipped later than expected, tried to contact customer service and didn't hear back. Product did arrive and overall quality is quite good.
