Subscription isn't worth it and the basic color options that were available when I ordered weren't appealing. Product is ok. It does help keep my chapstick cooler, but for me it wasn't enough to stop it from being too soft to use. I can't imagine much could truly prevent the issue so I don't fault the company for that. Seems like it's a quality built product that does work if the temps aren't too high. I probably won't buy more but I'll keep what I have.

I ordered before Christmas a 3 pack and they ran out of the product I order. They did make it right and I truly appreciate it with a refund but I was disappointed with the lack of gift I now had for my family member. Months later, I ordered from the site again and the product was delivered to the wrong state. I just don't think it was meant to be.
