An “in stock” item didn’t ship for more than 2 weeks. No apology when I contacted customer service. No explanation. They did not care that it would arrive too late to be a gift as intended. Hard to say whether the product will work, as it will cost too much for me to now ship to the recipients.

Love the actual product! Works exactly as advertised and so cute. Knocked off a single star, because my order confirmation email guaranteed it would ship in the next 2 business days but actually took a couple of weeks to ship. However, support was incredibly prompt, informative, and helpful! I would realistically give back a half star if that was a rating option. Provided they have more realistic advertised shipping timelines in the future, I would definitely purchase again!
