When I saw the advertisements for the chapie things I thought that it was an awesome idea. I bought three of them. As they arrived I was very happy. They are so cute!! Then I started to use one of them and all I noticed was how inconvenient they made using my actual chapstick. Maybe I’ll put a chapstick in one and leave it in my car next summer but honestly I find opening them and closing them to be a pain in the tail. Plus that little grinding feeling of metal on metal sets my teeth on edge. I’m really sorry. I was so excited to get these, but I feel like they are something else I bought that is just going to collect dust or be given away.
