I ordered one set that was offered on the website. I received a totally different set. You could have emailed me stating my original order was no longer available and asked me for my second choice. And the packaging did not correctly reflect the item inside. I had to contact you and make you aware of the problem and then take my time to send the wrong item back. Could have been avoided by a simple email stating my order was out of stock and to make another selection.

chapie is good but i dislike it goes again righty righty lefty loosely. And what I really dislike is when it’s locked, the arrow isn’t aligned with the lock symbol. I was confused and thought it was broken T first. it should be designed in a way that when it’s closed it’s pointing to the lock, if you have the lock symbol

Terrible customer service, no responses and terrible product, it does not work. Outside Temp was only 78 degrees, not like it was in the 100's or I might have a different opinion. after opening the tube and lip balm, it was melted, and liquid ran everywhere.

While customer service was responsive, my "ships today" order, which I understood and was told via the website meant within 24 hours, took over a month to arrive and when it did arrive, was only partial fulfillment of my order. Great concept, horrible execution (as evidenced by the other emails I'm seeing from other disgruntled customers).
