I did appreciate that you noticed in my order that one item was bronze finish & the other black. Thank you for checking, as it was my mistake when ordering the bespoke piece. Can I say it would be better when you order these bespoke piece to see the details on the order but there is no way looking/checking. Thank you again.

Easy to order, whilst waiting for delivery notice you started updating customers where the order was up to, which was well received. It would good if there was a delivery time slot and notification when close by. I was at a hospital appointment day of delivery and advised the delivery driver my son was 5 minutes away, which he was not happy about. BTW I had broken my ankle so hospital was not on the agenda when delivery date accepted.
