I recently received five items from Tailorbyrd. 3 sweaters, a belt and a pair of pants. I have ordered shirts and sweaters before and know that mediums fit me very well. I ordered a pair of pants and guessed at the appropriate fit and guessed wrong. I ordered 34/30 pants and should have ordered 33/30. So far no has returned my request for an exchange from your help desk. Also there was no form with the delivery for option to exchange or return any items.
