The bag that I chose was marked as available and ready to ship.
I ordered the bag on 01-Sept-2025, the promised (expected)delivery date was 9-Sept-2025. It’s now 16-Sept-2025 and my bag has not yet been picked by UPS for shipping. After several emails, there has been absolutely zero response from the customer service department.
This bag looked like I would’ve used for years to come, but the hassle of getting it it’s not worth it!
