It did require a two step process. First order the type of icing and pay. Then send separate email with photos. I was very clear with the order in which I wanted the photos laid out so no issues.
Might be easier if process is fully self service so photos can be submitted, arranged and aligned by the customer. As I said, the service was great and efficient so I have no complaints.
