I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing. I paid for my full order, yet several items were never shipped, and communication has been slow and unhelpful. It’s frustrating to see a company take payment immediately but fail to deliver the products or the service customers should be able to expect. At this point, I genuinely regret purchasing from this company. I hope they take customer concerns more seriously moving forward.
