Bought humidor on Aug 31. Was supposed to ship in October. Heard nothing. Reached out was told December. Saw it on sale, heard nothing until I reached out. December came and still no word. I understand a high demand and issues arise. I should not have had to make contact every time. Holme & Hadfield never updated me unless I reached out first. Terrible service which is a shame because the product is very nice.

Customer service is garbage. After waiting 6 months for shelves underneath my Armada(2) I might add the package never left carrier. Called customer service offer refund or wait till March 2026.
