See review I just submitted (order wasn't shipped until close to 2 months after I placed the order, out of some items I ordered so I didn't get them, and I received the wrong item for one part of the order). I had a net negative experience with my last order that would make me hesitant to order again in the near future, even though I love Cantiq LA's styles and mission. I'm hoping this was a one time issue, but it took so much work to try and resolve it was a frustrating experience even for a person who generally tries to be patient and understanding.
